So I am back on the 100 percent raw wagon. 

I have no problem getting the sweet fruit calories in for breakfast and lunch. However for dinner, I also want something more salty and young coconut meat is pretty good. 

However the next day I noticed that digestion is slower and my poop is quite stinky. 

Can the coconut meat cause some other issues, like candida?

Is it better to just eat potatoes rather than 2 or 3 coconuts?

How come Ted Carr doesnt experience this issue?
