I am a student (living in Ireland) of MSc Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies , a postgraduate degree from the University of East London, based at the Graduate School of the Environment at the Centre for Alternative Technology.

I am preparing to do my thesis at the moment, my specific area of interest being food security and vegan food production i.e. sustainability.
I am looking for self sufficient / semi self sufficient vegan families to participate in my research (data collection). The research period will start ASAP and continue through the 2013 growing season.
