  • Popcorn (literally get popcorn kernels and pop them)! Fruit juice! And of course, heaps of fruit.

    I'm not strictly following raw til 4 so I even make baked (vegan) goodies that are low in fat, but have pretty good carrbs ( so sometimes I'll just put together oats, chia seeds, almond milk, really ripe bananas and sugar and just mix it together and bake it).

    Corn thins are good snacks as well

    and CLIF bars!
