  • Hi Monika!

I don't always track my intake with cronometer, but if I do, I usually have between 2000-2500 calories without exercise. I want to increase it to 2500-3000 calories :D

Breakfast: melon (a whole cantaloupe or 1/2 watermelon) or a smoothie with bananas as a base combined with spinach or frozen berries and water or orange juice.

At school: 4-8 bananas or dried dates or smoothie

Lunch: most of the time sweet fruit such as mangoes, grapes, bananas or acid fruit like pineapple. If I didn't have melon for breakfast, I might have one for lunch.

Afternoon (if I'm hungry): probably grapes or mangoes

Dinner: huge salad with veggies or zucchini pasta

    :)

  • Hey Monika! Here's what I typically eat in a day: (I'm not fully RAW yet but maybe soon!)

Breakfast: 1 LARGE smoothie which usually makes at least 8 cups. I typically make at least half of my smoothies spinach because it doesn't change the taste whatsoever and it adds a load of awesome nutrients! I then fill the rest of my blender (about 1-2 cups) with some mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc) and then I pour as much orange juice into the blender as I possibly can (usually 3 cups or so but I often substitute a bit with water because I run out of orange juice all the time!). I usually drink half of this at home and then drink the other half throughout the first half of school in a sports bottle.

Snack: Usually 2 or 3 clementines or a cup of almonds.

Lunch: For lunch I'll eat 5 or so clementines, maybe 2 cups of grapes, and 4 or 5 bananas although I usually try to eat more but I spend most of my lunch time talking to people so I don't get to eat as much as I'd like.

Snack: More clementines, about 3 or 4! (Don't judge me they're in season and taste amazing!) A handful of more almonds.

Dinner: Typically for dinner I'll eat steamed or baked potatoes, about 4-5 medium sized ones. Then I'll steam some broccoli or carrots as well. Occasionally I'll have a vegetable stir-fry that my parents make but I usually try to avoid it.

Desert: Sometimes I don't eat desert but if I do I usually will eat a cantaloupe. Cantaloupes taste AMAZING and I'll usually eat one as a snack or as a desert every couple days. Right before bed I'll make a cup of red rooibos tea with lemon juice which I love so you should try that as well :).

Cheats: (I have cheats set aside so that if I'm tempted by a milkshake or a burger I have less unhealthy pre-appoved cheats I can eat instead :/) Organic Popcorn with olive oil is one of my favorite cheats, it's so delicious! Steel cut oatmeal with bananas stirred in tastes awesome so occasionally I'll eat that.

Just eat a ton of fruits and veggies and make sure you're eating enough!
