Is the Durian Fest happening this year?
I'm bouncing around the idea of visiting Thailand in May for the Durian. Wondering if it's happening this year and if anyone will be there.

Not sure about any festivals in Chiang Mai, but there is a festival happening in Thailand's durian growing center, Chanthaburi. The festival is May 4th-13th. There are 7 of us already here and about 20 more scheduled to arrive at the end of April.
