First timer advice needed

Hi everyone,

I am new to 30bad (just signed up today, long time lurker).

I'm still new to this lifestyle and trying to transition into eating fully raw, do you think banana island will help me transition? I am overweight and have a 100+ pounds to lose.

Also I come from a background of fast food addiction. Any advice or suggestions is well appreciated! Thank you

  • Hey man, my advice would be to carb up, don't be frightened to add some sugar to your smoothies to get rid of craving junk food. 15 bananas and 100g of sugar always stops me craving anything later as I am always satisfied after eating. Stay hydrated too. :-)
