HAY FEVER!! ...antihistamines??

will taking antihistamines hinder my detox progress on this lifestyle??

I have been avoiding medicines but my hay fever is getting out of control and I am in a lot of discomfort! my eyes look and feel like 2 little balloons on my face, they are so swollen! and i can't stop sniffling. I look like I am in a constant state of crying my eyes out when I can't in fact remember the last time I cried haha. I have been putting cold spoons on my eyes to depuff them in the morning but it does not do a lot and I have been drinking heaps of water. I don't know what else to do besides take antihistamines :/

any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

  • There are a natural form of hayfever tablets available.

  • have you bin suffering from hayfever before or is it getting worse from the diet? Also many get hay fever symptoms in old moldy houses, thinking they are reacting to grass, hay dust-mites etc.

  • I agree with jojojnr you should take your antihistamines and cintinue with the detox, hyve fever is a disease you can not treat only with diet right now I think you better just for this special Se use your antihistamines, maybe later you won't have syntoms You will have cleaned your body but just because you are g aving the syntoms U should take the nedication.
    • I am having symptoms from eating fruits because they are all banned for me in raw form apparently due to oral allergies...and i have rashes all over neck and face...and some fruits / veggies to bigger extent give me swelling...i only cure myself with avoiding it...but a life without fruits and veggies..something seems not right...do you have advice on how I can go about curing?

  • Hey I had antihistamines during my first or second week and it helped a lot but I still detoxed. Also I had never in my life had hay fever
