Not that Hungary

So Im still a new vegan I've been rawtill4 for almost 3 months. In the beginning I ate a lot and was Hungary, but now I feel like I almost have to force myself to eat enough calories. I'm just not feeling as Hungary as I used too. Did/ does anyone else have this problem..?

  • I think that days where you just aren't hungry will happen no matter what diet/lifestyle you follow. Try to be more active if you aren't already and just listen to your body. If you aren't hungry for breakfast, go for a bike ride or something then shower and hopefully you'll get hungry again. Sometimes if your body heat is too high, your brain won't receive any signals that it's hungry.

  • I also go through those phases where I just don't feel hungry. That is completely normal. I wouldn't force yourself to eat. Your body will let you know when to eat. Obviously if it lasts a few days then investigate, but otherwise I wouldn't worry.

  • I have exactly the same problem ! I aslo force myself and consequence I didn't loose weight since I have started.

    did anybody have this problem ?

  • I have some days when I dont feel hungry but I just try to listeb to my body and eat as much as it feels okay.Dont forse it if you dont like it:)also I think its a good idea to go fully raw for a few days,it helps me sometimes:)
  • Try going fully raw for 2 days or so and see if that jump starts your appetite again.

    Just make sure the fruit is completly ripe.
