Omega 6?

Hi I'm really new to the HCRV lifestyle (about 3 weeks) and started using chronometer, it says I'm getting barely any omega 6 (about 2 grams every day). is this all i need and if not what are some ways of getting more omega 6? My omega 3 is fine, though. My ratios are about 90/5/5 right now, sometimes more fat and protein, sometimes less.

any help would be great :)

  • Omega 6 from fruits is GLA and that is actually inflamation reducing, macadamia nuts are high in omega 6 and 8. 1 more reason raw beats meats, meats omega 6 is inflamation promoting. most people in the SAD have 14:1 omega 6 to 3, 4:1 is fine

  • your omega 3 to 6 ratio should be 1:1 or even 2:1. Too much omega 6 is bad for you because it promotes inflammation, just google "omega 6 inflammation". 2grams of omega 6 is plenty.
