I discussed going raw with friends before. They tell me that they would try it but they're too stressed, they've got exams going on, etc, but might consider it when they have some free time. It makes sense that being busy/stressed would make one put off a major lifestyle/diet change. But on the other hand, this lifestyle is simple in principle, and among the benefits are improved clarity of mind and more energy.

So, has HCRV helped you to achieve academic success? :)

Will bananas make me pass my exams? j/k

  • it makes me do more sport which makes me better at not quitting in the face of discomfort, which makes me study more, which makes me more prepared, which puts me in a better frame of mind, so yes. lol but also no cuz it made me realize what a load of shit "academic success" is and how fun it is to ride a bike!

  • I fall back to Standard European Vegan Diet than ;)

its sometimes difficult to stay raw in stress situations and sometimes i struggle to learn, even before my final examinations befor college. but i always want to di 1000 things at once, maybe more fat in diet would make me more quietly to learn.

  • Thanks for the replies, guys! It's sort of a Catch-22 situation with me: I've got plenty of mental clarity on this diet, but also so much energy that I find it difficult to sit down and study for prolonged periods! I just want to go out for a run haha.

I've got an exam on Tuesday (eep!) so shouldn't be posting on 30bad at all.

  • No success yet but I'm definitely less stressed!

However I find hard to motivate myself, I've been studying 7yrs straight and it's my final year (final 3 weeks to be precise) and I'm here instead of doing work...

and I'm not even worried, because the diet made me relaxed and happy..

    someone motivate me please :(
