Hi all,

Rob and I finishing up our year in Southeast Asia researching the durian (read about it at www.yearofthedurian.com) and will be passing through the Los Angeles area the second week of January. I'm interested in hosting a durian smorgasbord party to celebrate our year at which we will show slideshows of all the durians we've found and talk a little about what we've learned.

Could you please indicate below whether or not you would be interested in attending and whether a weekday night or weekend night/afternoon is better for you? If there is enough interest, we will look into renting space at a raw food restaurant. I am thinking about $20-$25/person should be enough to cover limitless durian consumption. It's the new year, why not indulge? :D
