It's not me running the co-op by the way - was just really impressed with the size, quality & value of the produce so thought I'd spread the word! I've requested an all-fruit box on a few occasions & they happily sorted me out - also if brassica veggies like kale etc that don't overly excite me are in the box I've been able to swap for tender leafy greens :)
Just got back from the TFF in Chiang Mai & had an absolute blast! Did anyone else from Auckland attend? I met a guy from Wellington & apparently there was someone from Hanmer Springs there as well but unfortunately we never crossed paths! I'm actually planning on moving to Thailand on a 9 month tourist visa around November time & will be attending TFF 2015 for sure! Would be cool to connect with more people on this lifestyle in AK/NZ while I'm still here & would be great to see more of you in Thailand next year!
