Big Show...Little body

Hi I am a HCCV at the moment but I am in desperate need of advice. I have a major dance show on april and my outfit is composed of a bedazzled braw and indie :O. I am relatively thin but I'm chubby skinny at the moment. My stomach is always swollen and my thighs are still jiggly. I know that a fit body starts in the kitchen so I need some pointers and some advice. looking to loose 5 to 10 pounds. 

Sometimes i eat up to 3 LARGE streamed potatoes with some sweet plantain and a lettuce head.

What I dance is salsa and I have classes 3 times a week for 2 hours somedays to 4 hours on other days. 

I stretch 3 to 4 times a week intensely and I walk or run at the gym 1 to 2 times a week.

Please Please Please tell me it is possible to loose this bump on my tummy and create that leg gap that we ladies all die for? :)

ps. I am extremely dedicated to this lifestyle so any tips welcome...oh and I am transitioning into a HCRV
