Health, exercise, and fat loss.

Hey everyone! 

I changed my diet for good a number of months ago. These days, a large percentage of my diet is low fat raw vegan, and I have more energy than before, which is great. I've now been rock climbing three times a week, but I'm starting to wonder if that really is enough exercise.. Firstly, I know it's important for the body and the brain to get enough exercise. Second, I would REALLLY like to lose the excess fat. :-/

I want to be an active person. Like, all the time. But I find it very hard to stay active, and though I have slowly been weaning off the computer (the internet can be quite a time waster), I still sit around wayyyy too much.. 

What are some ways you have found to include more activity into your day? Is there anyone that has been in the same situation that would like to give me some tips that have helped you out?
