I think it's because I went from about 2500 calories to WAYY more, like 5000 probably some days on cooked carbs! So now I have started a completely raw low fat lifestyle, and I am feeling WAYY better! I was on the cooked food and raw food (with no salt or oil) for 2 months, so I know my body is still recovering, but I still know fruit and salad and stuff is much better! How much excersize do you reccomend? I have been excersizing tuesdays and thursdays with weights for an hour, and twice a week for 40 minutes hardcore spin classes!
