  • Hi I have been doing this hcrv for a couple of months now, sometimes add some cooked carbs, because it's convenient, but I still have these acne spots on my chin and around my mouth. I now even lost jobs because of it...I have no idea how to improve it. I cut out everything I am allergic to and overt fats 2 months ago aswell. This imroved it a little but not much. This is really the only thing that is still bothering me, very much, and makes me insecure about this way of eating. Do you have any suggestion or optimistic outlook? thank you!

    • hey!  My acne went away after i eliminated cooked anythings, limited the veggies and upped the high water content fruits and included God's herbs detox to assist in my detox.  The acne goes away when your lymphatic system is cleaned out and your kidneys are filtering.  Cooked anything stops detox, so i would get off those asap :)

  • exercise makes a world of difference for me - my skin reacts to anything oily/with preservatives/ etc. - and also I put raw lemon juice on my face every night and sleep with it on, then wash it off in the morning. The acidity helps break down dead skin cells and heal acne scars. Its like a raw fruit chemical peel that doesnt harm your skin, like chemical peels do. 

  • I am having the sane issue right now! I wonder if it is detox? I am going on to week 3 soon and I have patches of acne popping up around my chin and mouth which I have never really had before. I am very diligent with my skin care routine so the only thing that I can think if is that the body is working hard to detoxify?
    • i agree!  Mine has been doing that for 2 months now! :/  People keep telling me its detox and i have to agree with them because i had my eyes read by an iridologist and apparently i have along way to go-oh joy.  I eliminated overt fats to help detox faster and hopefully it will get better soon!  Exercise helps a lot!
