Awesome body weight exercises, new workout every day - occasionally she uses a jump rope, sand bag, or dip station.  But that is IT and she usually uses NOTHING.  The workouts are very short, usually 15 to 30 minutes but INTENSE!

  • Actually I'm doing the older workouts with Zuzana 4-5 times a week, because somehow I just can't watch the 2 new ones...

But I never had any problems, neither pain nor inflammation or something like this. But I never use extra weights and do stopp if I'm totally out of breath.

Besides that I do other sport for a good condition and fun :)

Hopefully Zuzka find someone who makes higher quality videos ^^

  • I have been a Body Rocker for about 5 months. I've traded in my running/spinning/weight training for her workouts and couldn't be happier.
  • If there aren't any Bodyrock vids where the camera isn't moving, any recommendations on other vids (either online or DVD) of bodyweight exercises?
    • The camera is moving in all videos I guess. But, may you can just watch shortly (and skip some blabla scenes), so you know the exercise and then do it on your own, without watching (but maybe some music). The basics are the same and she's mostly just doing some variations in the structure or combination.

However, I can't think of any DVD/vid with GOOD exercises, where the camera isn't moving at all.

  • These workouts look great, and she seems super cool!

Are there any vids of her doing the exercises where the cameraman isn't moving all over?

I'm persnickety about form, so it always helps me to watch someone doing it.

However, I also get nauseous with the camera moving all around like that, so I can't watch them :-(

  • Zuzana's workouts are great. Even my wife is getting inspired to work out!
    • That's awesome Jeff, I just looked at your page, and until now I was under the impression that "Mississippi"  was the only word in the world that contained M, I, crooked letter, crooked letter, i, crooked letter, crooked letter, i!

That's a little thing we used to say when we were little to memorize how to spell "Mississippi"  if you aren't familiar.  - M, I, crooked letter, crooked letter, i, crooked letter, crooked letter, i, hump back, hump back, i.
