I am a Vegan who eats a lot of raw food but I am not completely raw. What brought me to 30BaD was watching Freelee on You Tube and my desire to try going completely RAW. I came to 30BaD for guidance to see if this is something I will be able to do.

I am an audiobook, You Tube and Podcast fanatic. I have learned so much about going Vegan just by watching You Tube. My husband and I garden and we are improving our eatable garden every year. I currently grow many varieties of indoor sprouts as well.

Currently I just need guidance on how to begin. I'm not going to lie I'm nervous due to the large amount of People on You Tube who say they all gained a lot of weight.
