I have been an on and off again whole food plant based dieter. Lately I have been doing a more raw til 4 diet and finding myself leaning more towards a frugivore type diet. This has lead me here to better educate myself with others who are more familiar with it or are in my same position.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
I like to learn about nutrition, and plant based based books like proteinaholic and how not to die. I really enjoy horror and suspense, but have taken a liking to the tv series of chicago fire, PD, and med lately. I use to love to draw and write but due to health issues have very little interest anymore.

I want to know how I can get a healthy, fully nutritional diet on eating primarily raw foods.
