Hello there. I'm Ana. An animal lover, nature enthusiast, and farmer/yoga instructor/artist (hey, if you love it all, do it all, eh?). I'm new to the raw food lifestyle. I have come a long way from who I used to be- a lost soul yo-yoing from a compulsive overeater, to bulimic, to anorexic. Today, I am mentally healed from the trauma I've created, and am finally ready to physically heal as well.
