I've been vegan for 5 years now, I live with my family: my boyfriend, 2 dogs and 2 cats (all adopted/rescued from the street) and we moved from the city to the countryside so I could have a garden to grow food and so the dogs could have more space too.

I tried the raw til 4 diet before but I seem to always go back to cooked food. I've been really considering a frugivore diet because lately I'm getting bloated from the usual cooked food I eat (pasta, rice, potatoes...) so I thought about going full frugivore! My main questions would be about which fruits to eat more regularly and how much of them.
