I have picked up 15 kg in the last 4 1/2 years. Before the age of 45 I could loose weight in a whiz, but for some reason I am really struggling. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I have tried IF, soup diets, became pescetarian for 2 years but nothing helped, I continue to pick up weight. I am craaazy about bananas and fruit and thought let me look it up and see if there might be a fruit diet and wholla there banagirl popped up on Instagram. I really would like to go on this journey and see if it will work for me
