I wish to start again on the frugivore diet/raw til 4. I ate this way for almost 4 years (thanks to Freelee and Harley) then fell off the wagon with lots of junk food, fatty foods and ballooned back up in weight, my plantar fasciitis became worse, and my skin condition worsened (keratin pillaris?). I want to feel better and vibrant without feeling pressured by those around me to eat a "normal" diet aka SAD yet again.
