I have always been flirting with the idea of a plant-based diet since I was a child but I knew in my heart for the animals, myself, and the planet I had to do it, it was time for a change. Going vegan a year ago really helped me grow as a person and create a whole new perspective of the world. I felt so guilty for my past actions and I wished I had made the change quicker. Before veganism, I wasn't the sporty type, I use to just work and come home and watch youtube, it was a rinse and repeat cycle, too tired to do a 10-minute exercise. Once I had made the change, I picked up running, cycling, and swimming. I was a new person, I feel so good to this day. I have so much energy and my skin cleared up so quickly!
