Welcome:) I am extremely passionate about the HCRV lifestyle and have seen it's benefits, both for sports performance & my energy levels. I enjoy meditation, health, and meeting more likeminded people that are on a path of self development & growth. I love to travel & explore the world, love beaches, and positive vibes~ I love to inspire others. I like to live life & have fun;), but not at the cost of my health. It's been challenging attempting going all raw, although I am confident that I will succeed:) Hoping to meet some more people that live this way (or are attempting to) through this community in Connecticut/NYC.
