Became vegetarian since 2004 because of spiritual reasons. Soon became vegan after I had been diagnosed for being lactose and gluten intolerant. Already had been experimenting lots with foods to improve my general health. Everything led finally to raw foodism and finally Low Fat Raw Vegan. Been 80-10-10 since 2007 and don't see myself going back to my old eating habits! It really works!
