I got in to raw food 3 years ago and i went nearly 100% over night and kept it going for 2 years and i felt fantastic, best thing ive ever done!!! My weight got down to normal, my skin was completly clear, mood was great all the time, life was beautiful and i couldnt see me changing back! But then i moved back to sweden and started studying and as i wasnt working anymore i couldnt afford to eat all the things i was used to and my health started to spiral down abit, got low in zink and B12 and iron. So i got back into eating cooked vegitarian with a little raw aswell, but i dont feel half as good as i used to and i hope one day i will get back there. I found Freelee as i was looking through all the raw foodies on youtube and i felt relived that she is thriving on raw and cooked, so i got inspired and now im eating alot of fruit combined with cooked carbs and veggies both cooked and raw. I would like to be eating more raw but my money is limited, atleast now im not lacking anything :-)

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...

Love being in nature, swimming in sea and lakes, growing veggies, horseriding, chilling with my dog, bonfires on stary nights, raw food sallads

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

I would love to learn more on how to get the right abount of vitamins and minerals daily, like zink, iron, B12, calcium...as ive been lacking in both zink, iron and b12. Ive always been told that if you choose to stick to a high cab lifestyle you need to excercise more than on a high fat lifestyle as the body finds it harder to break down carbs than fats...? I would love a weeks meal plan in the life of a high card raw vegan, i know you do the videos but it would be great to see it witten down as it would be easier to follow. I would love that if it is possible and you find the time.
