Cured by raw foods 14 years ago from allergies, asthma, skin problems, congestion, I'm now simply living life outdoors in the tropics sharing and inspiring with my skills as raw food chef and bio-spiritual permaculture steward and co-creator of the raw food community of Jewel of the Sun in Costa Rica.

HI Eric, I have got you on facebook too, saw your pictures of the place, it looks amazing.
I have left C.R. now, but I would love to come back sometime. We are looking to either join a community with similar ethics as yours or buy some land of our own in ecuador. Will be visiting in May; just Ecuador I think.
