It was one of those days when you have nothing to do and you start wondering the meaning of life (just kidding), that a question popped into my head: "Why I am not a vegetarian?". So I started doing google research. At first I just planned to eliminate meat from my diet, but I kept searching and learning more. I watched tons of videos ("earthlings" included) and visited lots of web pages and blogs; it took me all day long, but it was worth it! One thing led me to another and I discovered "The China Study", "The 80-10-10 Diet" and "30bananas a day". So now I'm here, I became HCRV overnight, I have been living like this for five months and not once have I fallen off the wagon. I just want to say that I have never been happier than now. This is not a lifestyle; this is THE lifestyle.
