I'm curious about HCRV, but i'm actually a Raw Vegan without any norm. Intuition is what counts for me.

Doncs vas molt bé, anims!

Jo també ho vaig trobar una miqueta aïllat allà a barna, perquè tampoc conec a ningú més d'allà que ho fagi. La veritat és que vaig descobrir la dieta aquesta fa uns 3 anys, però encara no la segueixo al 100%. Sóc completament vegà des de fa 2 anys i mig i procuro menjar forca fruita i verdura fresca. Aquest em sembla que serà ja l'any que faci el pas a 100% cru!!

Doncs la noia la vaig coneixer aquí a 30BaD l'any passat i al de pocs mesos em vaig venir a viure aquí a Dinamarca. Hi ha forca gent aquí que segueix la dieta i estar en grup ajuda.

Quan i com vas descobrir la dieta aquesta? Sí noi, sort que hi ha internet jaja. Si necessites res de suport o vols parlar mai del tema, aquí estic! Encara que sigui per internet, tenir algo de comunitat ajuda molt :)

Jo també sóc de Barna però ara mateix estic vivint a Dinamarca amb la novia que és d'aquí. Quan torni per visitar familia i tal quedem! Com et va amb la dieta per allá?
