Through the website thefruitarian.com I came to the book the 80/10/10 diet and I try my best to follow that diet. I need help and I thought that thefruitarian.com and the 80/10/10 website had a forum but I can't find any forum on their website and therefore I decided to join you. I am 40 years old and I believe that I can get 1 ATP point before I turn 50 which makes me a low ranking professional tennis player. My current rating is the starting level of amateur level in the Netherlands which is 8. 3 is the highest amateur level and I would need to be 1 on my membership card to have 1 ATP point. My highest level has been 6.1 and my best match played so far is probably the one I played against a 4.3 player where we had sets till 4 instead of 6. The result was 4-1, 4-0 or 4-1 4-1 or 4-1 4-2. I think it was 4-1, 4-0. He won therefore. The special thing was though that in the first set all games to to deuce and in the 2nd set 2 games got to deuce. Given that my rating was then 7.2 or 6.8 it was quite a feat. I believe that given the proper finances, proper diet, proper commitment, proper training and my training level to be near level 5 that I still can reach this goal of 1 ATP point in tennis. I would probably be the first person worldwide who would achieve 1 ATP point when he became a member of a tennisclub only 6/7 years ago or so. I have played tennis against the wall since age 11 at times a lot and and other times not at all and each year once on a tenniscourt on average. I am the leader of Stichting Local Body of Christ. www.localbodyofchrist.com. I am a Christian. I have achieved 1st place in PC rally simulation Richard Burns which can be found on my Youtube channel under my name Joep de Kraker. I hope to connect with people in the Netherlands and to meet them and to do things together with buying food to lower the cost and preparing/eating from time to time for fun and/or saving time. If I can't manage to keep to this diet which by now I have tried 2 weeks I still want to explore what the next healthiest diet would be after the 80/10/10 diet. That diet would have to be practicle and financially feasible. The 80/10/10 ORV is too expensive for me but I haven't explored a wholesaler yet for buying food. Right now I use supermarkets but it costs me a lot of time and the biggest problem is indeed how much time it costs to eat everything. Financially I consider myself lucky and blessed that I can spend like 400 euro per month on food which I consider is the kind of amount I need to invest if I buy in supermarkets and still make sure that the bulk of my food comes from 1 euro/kilogram fruits like applies, oranges and bananas. With that said I can still manage to eat regularly a complete meal of fruits which are 2 to 6 euro per kilogram like strawberries, melons, peaches, cherries and dates.

How to make the 80/10/10 practically feasible as it seems to take so much time in eating it and so far the most calories I have eaten is 3205 kcal and the least being 2254 kcal which was still 101% of my estimated weight of 60kg needed calories. As I want to incorporate this diet with an intensive tennis training schedule of 20 hours per week I would more likely need 4000 kcal or more and eating 3000kcal already takes so much time. Also the more kcal I have to eat the more expensive it becomes and with the current level of 2000 to 3000 kcal I can manage financially but it is already estimated to be 400 euro per month which is a huge amount of money for food and especially for somebody who gets 900 euro income per month. I just consider myself lucky and blessed that my bills are so low.
