. I hit 30 weighed 250 pounds and couldn't eat with out throwing up or spending hours in the bathroom in pain. I was depressed and tired had no energy my best friend gave me her kindle and told me to read freelees book that she thought it would help me. And it did I could relate I stopped eating meat and dairy and went vegan I lost 20 pounds in six months and now I want to go further I want to graduate into HCRV I want to see what changes that will bring to my life. My doctor told me she hasn't seen me look so healthy that I am glowing and she wants me to keep up my lifestyle.
