I've been vegetarian for almost 4 years now & have tried being vegan throughout but socially I found it didn't work. A lot has changed in my life in the past year & I've recently started thinking about going raw. I randomly came across 30 bananas a day while googling what I could eat while doing a liver & gallblader cleanse which required me to eat raw for 5 days if I wanted to reap the full benefits. I feel like it was totally meant to happen! I'm really looking for a complete lifestyle change not only with what I eat but my feelings, attitude, etc etc & I was very drawn into everything Freelee was saying. I'm so ready to take on the challenge & let it become my lifestyle :)

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?

I could use a little help with food combining like meal suggestions especially for dinner that's where I go hmmm. I guess I just need more ideas, im just concerned about mixing things together that shouldn't be mixed. I'm currently reading 80/10/10, I've been reading a lot of the food journals, & I've been checking the food combing chart but some things aren't on there so I'm unsure if I should eat them or not
