Being a vegetarian for more than 20 years, I started being a raw vegan more than one year ago and never felt better in my entire life, especially because I don't feel depressed anymore. Actually I only found out that I struggled with a depression condition when I found the cure which was the 80-10-10 diet, that made me feel so good and happy! So that's the reason I'd like to be a member of the 30bad community, besides being a fan of The Banana Girl and Durian Rider too! :)

I love swimming, jogging, riding my bike and watching movies. And I also love reading books that show me how to improve my overall health, like the 80-10-10 diet book.

In the future, I'd like to interview Durianrider and Freelee for my blog, as I like to contribute to promote this kind of life style. Hope this will be possible.
