I’ve been vegan for 6 1/2 years (my son his whole life!) When I first went vegan I felt great, energetic and was in good shape. I got sucked in got the processed vegan crap for a while and gained a ton of weight and felt terrible. I have recently been eating more of a rawtill4 style diet as I felt great years ago when I did it. I want to take it to the next level as I have only ever done a couple of days fully raw. I currently have a ton of fruit at home and thought it would be a good time to commit to the fruit! I have my own fruit trees, plus tons of bananas, melons, dates, citrus and fresh kgs of berries I went out picking today because I am obsessed and can’t seem to stop buying fruit! Lol! I’ve been following Freelee since 2014 so 100% trust in her advice! Not sure if I can commit to fully raw all the time due to the climate here but if I can do it for at least a few months a year I think it will be great!
