I have been a vegetarian for 15 years, turned vegan in 2020 and am now a raw vegan... this new chapter has just begun but I am very excited about it! As a general rule, I eat mostly fruits and enjoy raw vegetables for dinner. Looking forward to learning more about this lifestyle from more experienced raw-foodists!

Right now I am learning more about how to maintain a healthy balance regarding all the nutrients in my plant/fruit-based diet. This is where I think I need more info as I do not want to create an imbalance which could lead to unhealthy choices. Plus I would love to learn more hands-on strategies to keep on track and create more and more wealth in my life! And in those that live close to me.
