hello my name is chassidie im 18 years old and i been vegan for almost 2 years. I crochet my own clothes, create content and meet other people that care about the environment. I remembered all the hate in the vegan community (i stopped using social media for a while) and people were still talking about freelee. I said well why not check her out? I sat there and binged watched lots of videos from freelees frugivore channel and went ahead and ordered freelees books me and my boyfriend have been doing rawtill4 for a few months now and i couldnt ask for a better diet.

I need some more ideas for high calorie drinks and food since im not keen on buying a cookbook from another vegan unless it it frugivore approved.
