abdominal ultrasound results

ive been high carb vegan for a year now. for the first 3 months everything was perfect. after that, until now, I've had continuous problems such as weight loss plateu, acne, and constipation/digestive issues. i took it upon myself to get some tests done. the results are as follows.

abdominal ultrasound

gallbladder is normal. "the common bile duct is not dilated measuring 4.7mm" "the liver is of normal size but appears mild echogenic indicative of mild steatosis. no circumscribed lesion is present." spleen is normal. kidneys are normal. conclusion: "mild fatty infiltration of the liver, with no focal pathology. the gall bladder and biliary ducts appear normal monographically"

thanks for advice anyone x

    3. If you feel sick after eating a certain food (if it happens more than 3 times with the same food) try cutting it out of your diet
    4. Maybe get a cronometer account to keep track of vitamins, minerals etc

  • Yes, ask your doctor, but here's google:

so, do you drink? How muh fat do you eat? Ask your doctor for their advice.

    • I drink on special occasions, not that would be causing fatty liver though. On most days I eat under 5% fat, but I'll say 10% average.
  • What did your doctor say that may be wrong?
