I have one credit left in Audible.co.uk but I don't know what book I should get. I have already listened to China Study, Eat and Run, Your Body's Many Cries for Water and I am currently listening to Eat to Live (which is fantastic btw!). Recommendations?

Who moved my cheese, by Spencer Johnson will change your life. This little story should be thought in schools.
I forgot Rich Roll's book from the list.
I downloaded Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain :)
if they do not have dr. doug's 'the 80/10/10 diet' then how about 'reclaiming our health' by john robbins (first half is all about how we give birth and how it effects our society which is amazing with statistics and documentation as with all his books and the rest has chapters on cancer and other dis-eases and all the scams surrounding it) or 'born to run' by christopher mcdougall (I never wanted to run until I read this book, it's very entertaining), or 'old path white clouds' by thic nat han (a phenomenal biography of the Buddha's life, I felt like I was there) or 'malcolm x' (extremely wonderful book on his life, shows so much about many different cultures, it is a fascinating read).
here are some great free audio podcasts: http://www.drmcdougall.com/mcdougallcast/index_all.php
