  • Bicycling is always a good option.  It gets you outside but you are moving fast enough that you don't have to deal with people.

    • Gotta learn more about the city before bringing my bike :( I live near a fast moving highway like street, rush hours are impossible, people are kind of agressive here lol, must find the "cyclism friendly" areas

    • Also, these guys put out some nice fitness concepts, including an excellent jump rope program which I went through myself.  The only thing I'd say about this is when learning the advanced double under jump, don't go by the picture they show.  Study crossfit vids on how to perfect it.

  • Will look into it! I know that to get the stamina running builds, I should do running.. but for now I will try to find a video/activity that forces me just like running

    I started running around a local pond as I was very unfit a few months ago. 

  • Just look up kickboxing videos on youtube, that's a great workout even without a punching bag and if you really get into it, you will sweat.  It only takes enough space to kick.
