I too feel like a teenager! And I can't live without fruit, I love it too much.
I will check our your exercise program, I am back to exercising after my long recovery from back injury (and going with it emotional meltdown), I subscribed to your emails for that purpose.
I like your thoughts on spirituality. Perhaps the top secret number zero is having an open third eye? I had some powerful experiences after being hugged by Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi), I asked her for a mantra and also for a new spiritual name.

Thanks for sharing fellow teenagerite Gosia. Haven't you been posting for a quite a few years on Dr. Graham's forum? I wish you the best of success with your back and with your exercise program.
I'm sure there are many advanced souls or masters in this day and age that can bring us enlightenment simply by their touch or even presence. It seems that maybe we are entering a new or more advanced spiritual age and that many evolved souls have come to Earth to help with the transition in consciousness.
In general I think being open to finding the highest truth is so important. I suppose the ultimate goal would be to transform this earthly existence or awareness to that of realizing that you are actually living in God/heaven and with unlimited possibilities. Even though we are so limited physically in this plane.
But God has no limitations and why should we if we realize we are living inside of God and that we are not really matter but powerful Divinity in expression.
This is much easier to realize for most people when eating a raw diet. The raw fruit and vegetable energies open us up to beauty and to our real selves.
