  • Hey Roger, I wanted to thank u, cos u were one of the people that initially inspired me to go raw :)) (U & Frederic patenaude) Thank u <3
  • hey Roger what did you think of the Isner/Mahut match? pretty phenomenal huh!
I can see them adopting a 5th set tiebreaker in the future there.
  • thx for the request Roger. Good to see Karmyn and yourself contributing here.

I do hope the Boutenkos find their way to your place for dinner sometime soon. I have little doubt yours and Karmyn's culinary skills would prove to be most persuasive :)
  • Hey Roger
    Thanks for the add.
  • Hey Roger! Just saw your profile after recently joining this site. :)
  • HY Roger! Its good to have you in this site! I have seen today your anti-aging secrets and I like them though I think you missed one point and that is the mind. Being happy and loving what really helps you remain young. The raw food diet makes people healthy and young and as I see raw vegans and healthy people usually more happier than unhealthy people. I think its another sign of the perfection of Nature. If you are healthy you are happier also, everything is working together.
    Peace!
  • Roger,
I noticed your question about Kriya Yoga and would like to also recommend checking out Self-Realization Fellowship, the organization that Paramahansa Yogananda started. You can get a home study course from them. I have been following these teachings for the last 18 years and have received many benefits. Here is a link:

  • wasup dude!can i ask you a question? i have being on 811 for more than 2 years now, and everything is like i expected the best ever in terms of well being and performance, but the only part that i am not having good beneficts are muscle growth, and its not being to easy to mantain a low bf like i was used to before. I do not use any overtfats (i cant get them fresh actually), so i just eat sparingly some coconut jelly once in a while...
    Do you use overt fats?
  • Yes, Roy teaches kriya yoga and offers initiation to those who are prepared. Seven Lessons in Conscious Living and A Master Guide to Meditation are essential. But I'd recommend reading any and all of his books! I think you'll understand when you read some.
  • Hey, Roger. It's so great to have you here as part of this community. Thanks for all that you do! I just read your comments on Kriya yoga and was wondering if you are familiar with Roy Eugene Davis? He is a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda and has written many excellent books. I have some of them to share if you are interested, please let me know. Roy's website is csa-davis.org if you'd like to learn more about him.
