The world needs more strong women, more female leaders & with this is mind I have created a 'sister' community to 30BaD (www.girlgoneraw.ning.com) designed especially for conscious, empowered vegan females who demand more!, eat raw,keep active by lifting weights,kickboxing, riding bikes, practicing yoga, running (etc), are passionate about looking after our beautiful planet & especially women who don't subscribe to mainstream ideals.
I'm still working on it but the vibe is great :) There will be lots of female specific training advice, inspirational vids of women pushing their limits, yoga chats, rawfood topics & ideas on how to become stronger independant wo(men?!), women who can change their own bike tyre & light bulb! :-D
Would be awesome to see all you strong ladies over there, lets unite & hold eachother to a higher standard & increase the universal female consciousness...

Truly do. I'm in school for Psychology studying this VERY concept. I started researching it a bit in graduate school for my M.A.'s
I'm getting a divorce simply b/c I don't want to subscribe to mainstream media's idea of family or beauty ..
