how to incorporate exercise into a busy life style!

Someone please help me, I need some movement in my life..lol..by that I mean exercise silly!I am currently 6 days raw now..occasional slip up..like last night stupid french fries ((made me feel like crap))However, I am not hungry at all really...I read that, feeling not hungry can be caused by lack of exercise...let me know some of what you guys do as a work regime! <33 a
