Juice as a meal

I recently bought a citrus juicer and am looooooving the fresh orange juice. After drinking about four cups of juice I feel quite satiated and can go a while without feeling hunger again. I've been considering having a large glass, maybe eight cups of orange juice, for breakfast as a meal because I feel so great afterwards and it's so delicious! I suppose I'm just wondering if having a meal that is solely juice is sufficient for breakfast. What do y'all think? I see a lot of raw eaters have mostly juice throughout the mornings so wondering what y'all's take is

  • I remember Freelee mentioning in one of her videos that if you are juicing oranges to leave as much pulp in as possible so you don't lose out on the fiber benefits.

I have a citrus juicer as well and love the way i feel when i juice in the mornings and start my day with that. I just make sure to leave the filter setting with the largest holes open so i get all the pulp. My fav mix is 3 grapefruit + 4 oranges +1 lemon.

  • Juice has been a part of my daily routine for as long as I can remember :D I make a two day batch of watermelon, pineapple, apple, beetroot and celery juice every second day and always have fresh oj that I press ready at hand. All cold-pressed - so delicious and so handy to take to work or whatevs. I drink at least 2 litres daily.I don't worry about the lack of fibre cos I have several meals of fruit during the day and also a massive salad in the late arvy so I think I have the fibre thing covered :'D <3
