Making A Pizza

Hello people of the fruits

I was trying to make a pizza-esque potato based bake in the oven. Can you make suggestions for it to be more worthy of holding together like a pizza slice?

I grated 6 potatoes, 2 onions, 1/2 cup spelt flour, tablespoon of baking powder, a little nutritional yeast…a brief spray of coconut oil to the pan to stop sticking before smearing the whole thing into a nice deep dish looking pie. It was pretty good, I will add other vegetables next time but I'm wondering about a crust. 350 for 25 minutes.

  • you need something sticky. eggs are used in baking for this reason. to achieve stickiness without egg, you can make a 'flax egg' or 'chia egg.' Simply mix 1 tablespoon of ground flax(or chia) seed in 3 tablespoons water. wait 15 minutes. it should now be sticky. if you mix it in with the rest of your ingredients it should bind everything together.
