80/10/10 is extreme in the eyes of most so it is a bit of a lonely road to walk

Hi! Yes, nuts and seeds are part of 80/10/10 diet but my system can't handle them yet so I get my overt fat from avocado. The nuts are recommended in the evening(with your evening sallad) and not together with sweet fruit.
