didnt she say that she simply did more sports and ate a little less as she felt
less stressed?
i believe she ate the same amount of cals for a while
which she used to eat as she was doing sports when she wasnt
active and that caused weight gain.

I noticed her weight gain too, which she alluded to another bout with adrenal fatigue. Despite direct questions, she would not say how she dealt with it to lose the weight, and as someone who has struggled with AF for decades, I lost respect for her. I suspect she took herbs or medication, i.e., something that this diet disapproves of.
