  • Well, thanks.  Keeping active with work and fitness.

Glad to hear you're feeling at least somewhat better.  Were you able to find a new job?  What do you like to do for fun on the isle?

  • Thanks for the tip. I haven't really decided where I want to live in Hawaii yet because I still have a couple of years but I'll definitely take Kula into consideration.
  • It's so hard to find good quality produce in Canada but during the summer me and my mom grow as much fruit and vegetables we can fit in our backyard. In a couple years I'm planning to move to Hawaii to get fresh tropical fruit or at least be able to grow fruit :)
  • Thanks for the reply :) How is the fruit in Hawaii?
  • MERRY XMAS!!!

  • thanks for the reply!! i really only started doing hcrv about a month ago because i started out five months ago, but did it all wrong by eating TONS and tons of nuts and avocados (like two avocados a day plus half a jar of almond butter...). Then i cut all that out because i felt like crap and began undereating a lot. THEN, i finally found this amazing lifestyle and have been doing it. i do feel leaner though! ever since i went hcrv, i can cycle for like 90 minutes a day from all of that energy!!!! i know that your body took time so i have accepted that mine will take time too :)

  • Most of what I do is all heavy weight and low reps. I like to do sprints in the warmer months, but I generally do a 1 mile warm up run before I lift.  I use to run 5-10 miles a day, but felt it was a waste and now focus more on lifting.

  • it's good to aim for numbers regardless if you are aiming for reps/sets in mass or strength, which both will increase strength and mass just one emphasizes more than the other.  Hopefully I mentioned it, too, but the whole being ripped look is about having lower body fat, too.

  • thanks for the add fellow 811 lifting fruiter. How much you squat?
