All produce contains fat to greater or lesser degrees. We call those that feature this macronutrient heavily: overt fats, such as nuts/seeds, durian, avos and the like.
Some folks do well avoiding any overts, and with a well varied plant diet, they'll still average around 5% of total cals from fat.
Others like to add the occasional overt, and feel just as good or even better for it. Just keep your average to around 10% fat, and you'll generally be good.

correct on both counts
but do plants contain the important omega 3 fatty acids? like chia seeds.
yepperdoodles! :) When you stop eating too many omega 6s you need very little omega 3s. It's all about the right ratios! ;)
